We want you to be happy with your purchase from Goughs Wholesale.  

  If you are not completely satisfied with the items, you may return it to us within 10 days of purchase for replacement or credit.    Please note that Goughs Wholesale charges freight on all orders, and that payments are not processed online at time of ordering.   All orders are checked, and shipping charges added prior to completion and final payment processing..   Freight quotes are obtained and the best rate is always used, based on destination, size of order and delivery times.   Customers who have accounts with shippers are encouraged to set up their order shipping with their own shipper.   Local orders within the GVRD are subject to a flat rate fee based on location.

DELIVERY GUARANTEES: Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as your apartment number, suite number, PO Box number and street address to assure your delivery arrives safely and on time.   Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.  It is the customer's responsiblity to ensure that the addres they give as the destination is correct and that the customer can receive shipments at this address.   All delivery times provided are estimated.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES:  If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION:   Despite all precautions, claims do arise.   Any problems with an order must be reported within 10 days of receipt.  To obtain authorization please click here:     Defective and damaged items are replaced FREE of charge, or credit is issued for the next purchase.    Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked may not be considered for credit or replacement.   Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:   The shipper covers merchandise damaged during shipment.  If you received merchandise during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department immediately, but be sure to have the driver delivering confirm the damages were incurred by the shipper.   Proof of damage can be faxed or email a scan copy of the delivery slip with this confirmation. 

CONDITIONS:  Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:

Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy may not be accepted.   All shipping fees are considered a 'used service" and are non-refundable.

All non-defective merchandise returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
